• Good problem-solving skills to support day-to-day HR people issues.
• Independent, firm and able to work and drive changes in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
• Familiar with Info-Tech HR management system is a must.

Responsibilities:
• Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support
• Assist in full-cycle recruitment from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks,
offer negotiation, contract signing and onboarding for new joins
• Coordinating the induction and orientation for new employees and handling exit clearance
procedures
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records
• Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation related matters
