This position is available from January 2025 onwards.

This position analyses and supports the hotel’s results and performance in various revenue streams (Rooms, F&B, Spa and Boutique) and recommends strategies and expectations based on the observed data trends and market changes.

Primary Responsibilities

Manages Revenue Management Operations

• Daily rate strategies review for daily rates and inventory to ensure room revenue optimization.
• Manage distribution of rates and inventory for the various market segments to ensure accuracy and parity.
• Ensures daily communication between Reservations and Front Office colleagues regarding inventory, short-term sell strategies, Group / Convention arrivals, rate changes and sell out strategies.
• Support different revenue streams with extraction of sales figures to support and analyze initiatives.
• To accurately process and manage Group reservations.
• Daily review and optimization of F&B reservations to ensure full optimization of covers and revenue for F&B outlets.
• With direct leader’s guidance, works closely with different revenue streams to support achieving the budget and forecast expectations.

Involvement in Wider Job Function Actions / Relationships

• Surveys the market and competitors in terms of performance (RevPAR Index, market penetration), pricing and availability as a basis for future tactical decisions.
• Takes an active role in the development of rates, promotions, packages and other selling strategies.
• Ensures compliance with the Best Price Guarantee and manage third party distributors in line with AccorHotels standards.
• Identifies business opportunities for need periods and participates in various newsletters, banners, e-brochures or ads to drive incremental revenue in various revenue streams.
• Stays current with the industry trends.
• Conducts and attends relevant meetings.
• Supports AccorHotels Corporate programs, such as Planet 21.
• Ensures service standards and individual performance are aligned with Accor Values.
• Participates in developing different tactics, encompasses performance metrics, data standards, processes, policies, tools, training, best-practices and case studies to successfully roll out the strategies focusing on all revenue streams including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa and Raffles Boutique.
• Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

• Manage a portfolio of clients

• The incumbent will be responsible for all company secretarial matters relating to a portfolio of clients.
• The work includes incorporation of new companies, registration of branches and other entities, prepare resolutions and minutes of meetings, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the provision of advisory services and also manage a portfolio of clients.
• Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns to ACRA.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for talented, curious, and energetic Analysts who embrace teamwork and automation to quickly mitigate or escalate critical processing issues. An Associate Analyst is responsible to fully support the batch processing for Visa’s Debit, Data Platforms, and Core Systems applications in a multi-data center environment. The daily duties include monitoring batch processing flows, resolving errors following incident and problem management processes, and supporting daily change activities. You will get to see your efforts support critical processing of financial and non-financial data our clients depend on.

The Work itself:

The Associate Analyst is responsible for the management and recovery of the Visa’s Core batch applications and services which include:

• Monitoring batch processes and file transfers

• Taking corrective actions to recover failed jobs and file transfers to ensure batch processing is executed on time to meet SLAs

• Communicating with Clients via e-mail and phone to address issues or provide status on file deliveries

• Escalating appropriately based on documented processes

• Documenting all issues following standard ITIL Incident and Problem management processes

• Preforming Change reviews, executing change tasks, and coordinating change activity as needed

• Following all defined processes, procedures, and standards

• Defining and updating all team documentation including the daily shift handover

• Assisting support teams in updating job documentation and job schedules as needed to support efficient batch processing

• Preforming proactive analysis of the Visa’s complex batch schedules to detect potential problems and when necessary, take preventive actions

• Preforming UAT (user acceptance testing) for new or upgraded operational monitoring tools and batch related user interfaces

What a Senior Associate Counsel (Value-Added Services) Asia Pacific in Legal does at Visa:

The position is for a highly motivated and skilled attorney to join Visa's growing legal team. You will be a key regulatory and commercial legal lead supporting the Visa business teams as they expand their value-added services and product offerings to enhance value for traditional bank/FI clients as well as develop new clients/partners/business streams in the evolving payment ecosystem. You will be exposed to a broad range of product and commercial legal work, supporting regulatory reviews and commercial negotiations in the areas of value added services, including digital/tech partnerships, acceptance solutions, and other financial/technology products and services.

You will report to the Vice President Legal (Asia Pacific) and will be expected to work closely and in collaboration with Visa lawyers across geographies and functional support areas, including the Visa lawyers in from the US headquarters and other international offices.

You should have a good working knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to financial, digital and payments services, including payments/FI licensing, data privacy and outsourcing regulatory regimes in Singapore (and preferably, in addition, other jurisdictions in the Asia Pacific) and have experience in conducting and leading regulatory reviews and contractual negotiations.  You should also be well versed in commercial, technology and IP laws, and be able to apply this experience to your role in Visa by being a sound and practical legal advisor to the business.  You must have excellent risk judgment and analytical capability, and be a strong and efficient communicator, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced and challenging, but rewarding, environment.

• Assist on engagement with regulators in relation to existing licensed entities and pending license application, as well as respond to regulatory enquiries on existing or new business activities, or product initiatives.
• Be the lead counsel driving commercial negotiations on both the client facing as well as supply side, including with banking / payment service intermediary partners and vendors/suppliers.
