He/she will be responsible of the co-ordination, development and management of programmes for RSVP Singapore. Finance Responsibilities

Note that this position is an addition to the team and all responsibilities below are currently handled by the finance manager and other finance team members; whom will be able to provide direction on their accomplishment over time.

• Manage full sets of accounts including preparation of journal entries, balance sheets, income statements & other reporting schedules
• Monthly and yearly closing of accounts
• Prepare and provide analysis of monthly financial and sales reports including accruals & provisions

Note that this position will entail taking over all responsibilities from our current part-time HR manager. In execution of most of the responsibilities here, the assistant manager will be mainly clarifying/coordinating and reporting to the managing director.

• Employee records maintenance: Maintain and update employees' personal data in HR portal

Our Partnerships team is involved in working with our key global partners such as: Warner Bros and DC (Batman, Joker and Game of Thrones), Riot Games (League of Legends) as well as Microsoft (Minecraft); championship-winning esports teams such as OG, Team Liquid, T1, Cloud9 and Team Secret; and the world’s most premier esports tournaments such as the Riot Games’ global tournaments including the League of Legends World Championships and VALORANT Champions Tour and Dota 2’s The International.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute launch & partnership plans for assigned Special Edition product lines while taking care of the products’ long-term sustainability and success
• Collaborate closely with our Global Marketing team in developing marketing campaigns for new and existing Special Edition product lines
• Identify potential sponsorship/ partnership opportunities, as well as maintain and manage existing partnerships, with the ability to analyze the efficacy of each partnership and curate strategic recommendations tied to overall project goals
• Structure and negotiate terms on partnership agreements
• Define performance metrics and track deliverables for internal/ external reporting
• Find creative and unique ways to generate partnership content campaigns to be supplied to our Marketing Communications and Visuals team.
• Support commercial decisions of products before driving it independently once fully acquainted with the role. This includes (but not limited to) growth, profitability, forecasting, and pricing strategy decisions
• Stay up to date with the fast-paced esports world

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations, Product Marketing or a relevant field
• Knowledge of, and passion for, the gaming, pop culture & esports industries

You will be an integral member in our world-class Operation team, which functions as a global control center, responsible for the punctual and secure delivery of our chairs to customers across 60 countries. You will take ownership over an assigned region; undergoing multi-disciplinary training, in order to optimize operational processes and make business decisions through data-analysis and critical thinking.

Our Operations team is essential for enhancing our customers’ experience and supporting key partnerships programs with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehousing partners and their associated vendors to ensure strict adherence to Secretlab’s logistics, warehousing, fraud management, inventory management, and fulfilment processes
• Open to challenge assumptions for existing processes to elevate global operational capabilities and optimize standard operating procedures via process improvement projects
• Collect and analyse relevant data (e.g. operational, vendor, or payment gateway reports), drawing actionable insights for decision-making or process improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational issues remotely through close collaboration with our global vendors (3PLs)
• Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to meet operational performance metrics
• Work in cross-functional teams to problem-solve, proposing and executing configurations to the operational processes to meet business objectives
• Partner with a member of our Logistics department to be principally responsible for an assigned region
• Work closely with the Customer Support department to resolve operational/ technical inquiries and issues
• Maintenance of routine operational systems (OMS, WMS, etc.) and tasks, including and any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the company
• Additional operational specializations and responsibilities to be taken on with time, based on strength and performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor of Business Operations/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or any other relevant course of studies
• Preferably 2 years of experience in relevant role
• This role requires someone who is technically inclined, a fast learner and a good problem solver who is able to think out of the box for solutions, and consistently looks to improve/establish new operational processes.
• Intrapreneurial thinking – take pride in your work, be driven, initiative, result-orientated and versatile to adapt/respond to different types of characters and situations.
• Must be decisive, action-oriented, results-focused and able to work independently as well as a team to handle diverse situations with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English with excellent email writing and etiquettes.
• Able to communicate effectively on both technical and non-technical topics to customers and team members.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets (experience using advanced formulas/ features).

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
