Job Overview:
As an Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, leading the service team, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. You will also collaborate closely with the management team to improve processes, maintain operational efficiency, and drive the overall success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the service crew to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide excellent and professional service to customers
• Make menu recommendations, including all beverages
• Ensure accuracy in handling customer orders through the POS system
• Oversee food preparation, serving times, and ensure prompt service
• Manage table setups, rotations, and assist during peak periods
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with regulations
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and development
• Monitor inventory, place orders for supplies, and manage costs efficiently
• Collaborate with upper management to implement strategies for operational improvement
• Perform other management duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in the F&B industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A team player with a proactive and positive approach
• Ability to multitask and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• MUST have knowledge of installation of awning and window shades.
• Organising teams to make sure 24 hours cover available.
• Able to work on Pubic holidays and weekend.
• Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
• Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
• Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
• Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.
• Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
• Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
• Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.
• Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.

Requirements

* Experience in the relevant industry

* Hiring and supporting staff, conducting reviews of their performance

* Managing inventory, including beauty, bath and treatment products, negotiating with vendors and ordering supplies and equipment

* Communication, Interpersonal skills, Self-motivated with a results-driven, Problem-solving skills

* Maintaining a client database

* Perform Massage, Foot Reflexology

* Able to work long hours with prolonged period of standing, weekends/PH

* Opening and Closing, Close daily sales counter

* Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

A floor manager is responsible for supervising the general operations of a specific department in an organization. Floor manager tasks include assisting customers, ensuring prompt resolution of clients' inquiries, distributing tasks to the staff, and monitoring the employees' performance. A floor manager will be in charge of checking inventories and report inadequate supplies, identifying business opportunities to increase the company's sales and profitability, developing strategic procedures to maintain customer satisfaction, and managing disputes from the customers and employees. A floor manager must have excellent leadership and communication skills to address specific concerns and process customers' requests as needed.

Job Descriptions:

• Participate in external and internal project management activities and work-in-progress meetings.
• Create detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage venues and suppliers.
• Effectively manage onsite production crew, suppliers and temporary staff.
