Are you passionate about driving payment volume through innovative campaigns? We're seeking a Business Delivery Manager to join our Credit Cards team and execute impactful campaigns via our rewards system, One Loyalty System (OLS).

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end campaign setup in OLS to drive campaign execution.
• Gather user requirements and coordinate campaign prioritization.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and live verifications (LV) to ensure desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to set up campaign rules in OLS.
• Manage resolution of UAT and production issues with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in system parameter setup.
• Proficiency in conducting UAT and LV.
• Knowledge of Credit Cards and loyalty rewards systems (OLS) preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.

Design, Development and Implementation of interline travel-related services

• Define business requirements and use cases in close liaison with OUR CLIENT partners for a seamless booking experience and ancillary services, in particular for advance seat reservations in interline scenarios.
• Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions
• Ensure the technical feasibility of projects, from requirements gathering to translating business needs into functional requirements and by coordinating architectural and operational decisions with IT stakeholders.

Project and Product Management:

• Responsible for business case development, budget, project plan and alignment of project objectives with organizational goals.
• Defines and monitors key metrics for product success.
• Develops and maintains a product roadmap in alignment with the annual business plan
• Define strategies for advance seat reservation, new product features, and continuous improvements to existing products and digital services.

Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination:

• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including OUR CLIENT partners and vendors, to execute projects and manage lifecycle products effectively.
• Manage and cooperate with OUR CLIENT partners to discuss business needs and to develop products and services to enhance the customer booking experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategy
• Build consensus among globally dispersed and diverse project teams and manage stakeholder communications to address issues, queries, and requests.

Technical Oversight and Product Ownership:

• Define user stories, manage the product backlog according to business priorities, including new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Oversee the technical implementation of solutions as the functional lead in close liaison with IT stakeholders, including user acceptance tests and go-live stages.

Quality Assurance and Business Testing:

• Produce high-quality project deliverables

Your Profile

• A minimum of 5 years work experience in the Aviation Industry.
• Experience as a product owner and agile methodology in the context of digital product & services development.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance customer experience in the aviation industry.
• In-depth knowledge of airline operations and processes (e.g. booking, reservation, ticketing, ancillary sales).
• General knowledge of airline passenger services systems.
• Experience with sales and distribution solutions of airline ancillary services including offer/order related products.
• Ability to analyze and draw insights from data to inform strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Skilled in overseeing the development and implementation of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Speech Language Therapist

Location: Punggol

Working timing: Mon to Friday – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Salary: $3800 - $5000

Job Responsibilities

• To work with students on a one-to-one or group setting based on their levels of functioning
• To evaluate and document students’ Speech Language therapy needs and progress at regular intervals, monitor training programmes and review their effectiveness
• To provide Speech Language therapy consultation, support, and update on the student’s progress and status to relevant members of the rehabilitation team and caregivers
• To be involved in discussions of student-related issues with caregivers
• To evaluate of effectiveness/relevance of programme
• To keep abreast of latest development in service delivery of Speech Langauge therapy-related areas to ensure that therapy programmes are kept updated
• To conduct in-house training programmes for relevant staff / caregivers / volunteers in the organization
• To assess and identify individual needs of students and formulate/develop and implement appropriate individualized Speech Language therapy programmes.
• To be involved in research where possible, relevant to areas of Speech Language therapy service delivery
• To work with the multi-disciplinary team in integrating the students into the community
• To provide coaching for junior OTs/Interns (For Senior Speech Language Therapist position only)
• To maintain efficient Speech language therapy records of student and documents

Job requirements

• With relevant experience, with preschool setting is advantageous
