Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage job advertisements
- Arrange and conduct interviews
- Prepare and explain letter of appointment
- Conduct induction for new employees
- Create employees’ p-file and record in HRIS
- Update recruitment report
Foreign Employee Work Pass
- Apply and renew work passes
- Arrange for work pass related medical test
- File tax clearance for resigning foreign employee
- Cancel work pass for foreign employee
Training & Development
- Conduct annual training need analysis
- Source and apply for training programs
- Ensure training documentations are in place
- Ensure participants receive their certifications
- Update training report
Retirement and Re-employment
- Discuss re-employment initiatives with HOD
- Ensure all re-employment exercise is conducted on time
HR Administration
- Administer HR related letters and memo
- Ensure employee personal and employment details are up to date
- Ensure timely submission of MOM surveys
- Manage HR claim and welfare matters.
- Organise and execute annual D&D
- Revise employee handbook when needed.
- Revise HR policies and letters when needed.
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and/or training.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
