RESPONSIBILITES

• Manages C-suite recruitment activities, including sourcing and poaching of potential candidates.
• Partnering with BUs to rollout HR initiatives and projects such as manpower planning, performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs and etc.
• Develop and implement HR policy and plans, in line with the relevant business strategy and requests from management
• Spearhead in regional personnel costs, compensation and benefits programs and activities, drive annual compensation and performance review
• Develops manpower plans based on staffing needs, corporate goals & forecast staff movement, and maximize resources
• Attend regular management meetings and actively participate as a member of the leadership team as required in order to ensure provision of HR perspective and expertise
• Monitor full spectrum of monthly payroll computation and processing for all employees, ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services as well as employee medical insurance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Bachelor degree in HR or any relevant discipline
• MIN 6 years of relevant experience (HR Generalist experience)
• Experience in handling commission and benefits function in M&E industry preferred.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment with a lean team structure.
• Possess sound working knowledge of Taiwan legislation and other local statutory requirement

Job Description

• Source documents, consolidate file and maintain product technical information.
• Handle product registration such as process registration and renewal with relevant authorities and keep track of the registration status.
• Assist with all registration-related matters and requirements.
• Liaise with Laboratory on test and toxicity studies.
• Able to summarise the data from public domain
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Department to understand customers requirements and
• Correspond accordingly, and other adhoc tasks.
• Generate and coordinate with internal and external authorities to prepare dossier of pesticides or fertilizer to meet the requirements for product registration of pesticides or fertilizer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering , Biotechnology, Agriculture, Pharmacology,Chemistry or Scientific disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience working for fertilizer or pesticides industry
• Familiar with Agrochemicals is preffered
• Preferable with experience working in an international organization, have knowledge in field trials process and development for fertilizer or pesticides uses and application

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning of annual calendar plan of activities for seniors and coordinating of the activities
• Assist in programme evaluation and telephone interviews/survey to gather feedback on the activities and programmes
• Manage queries and provide seniors with information and referral to services
• Monitor the supply and condition of equipment, activity materials and supplies and assist to procure items when needed
• Assist Programme Executive to manage programme budgets and resources
• Assist to maintain databases for programmes and activities
• Perform general administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Advanced / Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Services
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or relevant certificate
• With relevant experience is an advantage
