Administration Manager Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

Responsibilities

1. Define, implement, and optimize deployment processes for global data centers, including hyper-scale data centers and network Points of Presence (PoPs) worldwide.

2. Coordinate with Engineering, Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, and external vendors for capacity planning, roadmap definition, objective setting, and daily execution.

3. Collaborate closely with DC Engineering, DC Operations, and Server Delivery teams on various projects such as server deployments, operational SOPs, and engineering change management.

Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of the interdependencies among data center functions and technologies, including electrical systems, cooling systems, and networking technologies.

2. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Research.

3. Extensive experience in large-scale data center environments.

4. Proven project management expertise in deploying and operating data center and IT infrastructures.

5. Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

6. Skilled in problem management and driving continuous improvements.

7. Experience providing technical guidance to external vendors.

8. Proficient in scripting or programming languages, with the ability to modify and develop as needed.

Job Description:

-Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement

-Prepare and submit shop drawing.

-Prepare rebar BBS according to shopdrawing.

-Assist in the procurement of materials, plant and equipment, manpower allocation for the project.

-Ensure works carried out meet out quality standards and contractual requirements.

-Ensure Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out effectively.

-Submission of work claim to QS monthly.

-Able to work independently.

JOB DESCRIPTION: PROJECT MANAGER

Under limited supervision, and working with the designers, clients and contractors, the Project Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of those projects under his purview.

• Degree in Project Management
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in the interior design industry.
• Site experience is a must; candidates with experience as site supervisors will also be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make certain that the Client’s “journey” (overall process and experience) is as pleasant as his “destination” (completed project).
• Pre-empt and address issues before they become problems.
• Oversees all aspects of the day-to-day management of projects; monitors and coordinates work performed by engineering, and construction firms, as well as coordinate with architect on submission to statutory bodies and state; submission to building management.
• Set high level of standards in the completeness of project documentation which includes all necessary reports and correct use of filing protocol.
• Chairs and minutes site/project meetings
• Review and control project schedule and advise of changes.
• Understands clearly and completely client’s requirements and expectations.
• Participates in the formulation of design alternatives, solutions to provide better cost solutions and estimates.
• During Design Development and Construction Documentation phases - reviews drawings with the Designer and Documentation Team Supervisor for quality, buildability and coordination, and proposes necessary revisions where appropriate.
• When working on a Design/Build project, to diligently carry out cost estimates and value engineering with the QS and Designer to meet best possible margin.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions. Clarify methods of construction/details while the project is on site. Resolve site issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Verify the issuance of purchase orders, and change orders, and approve contractor invoices for payment.
• To supervise, develop and mentor project executives
• Arrange and head the tender process
• To ensure the finalization of the project is seamless and final accounts and defects from Practical Completion are completed within 14 calendar days.
• To help develop additional work and scope from the client.

Key Responsibilities:
