Job Description

• Regional travelling across the APAC markets about 50% of the time
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key industries such as metals, chemicals, oil and gas, power generation, and data centers, driving market growth in the APAC region.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies, managing the entire sales cycle to meet revenue targets; Participate in offline/online marketing campaigns (eg. tradeshows, seminars etc) to expand network
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including EPC contractors and end users, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, product, and customer support) to deliver tailored cooling solutions and ensure successful project execution.

The Successful Applicant

• About 6 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience in the Industrial, Power, and Process sector
• Strong understanding of cooling technologies and technical products (eg. dry cooling or dry coil designs) to translate customer needs into tailored solutions - mainly targeting Industrial markets across the APAC region
• Extensive contact network with key stakeholders (EPC Contractors, Regional Distributors etc)

Responsibilities:

• Lead rationalization of Sales Channel Partner and reseller roles
• collaborate with the divisional sales leadership and trade compliance team to establish regional strategic priorities
• reviewing adherence to compliance and other defined partners expectations, vetting new partners, and providing sustaining partners oversight.
• Assume leadership role in vetting new Sales Channel Partners and onboarding process within emerging markets
