Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end process for Work Injury Compensation claims, including coordination with internal parties and external partners for case evaluations.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission and resolution of claims in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the administration of WICA-related medical expenses, leave records, and salary details.
• Prepare and compile quarterly reports on work injury statistics.
• Facilitate the submission process for government-paid leave claims and generate reports to identify eligible cases.
• Track reimbursement notifications and update the Leave system accordingly.
• Provide guidance to employees on queries regarding paid leave entitlements.
• Administer employee benefits programs and process inpatient claims with the insurance provider.
• Assist with various ad hoc HR administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in handling full cycle of Work Injury Claims, Government Paid Leave claim administration, Employee Benefits Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily leave & attendance via HR software, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance.

2. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
3. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leaves
4. Coordinate recruitment efforts, from posting job openings to conducting interviews
5. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
6. Resolve employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
7. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
8. Facilitate employee onboarding including conduct orientation sessions and off boarding

Job Requirements:
1. A Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
