• Check whether employees' purchase requests have been submitted after appropriate review and approval for purchase control.
• Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliation.
• Ensure that cost items (journals) are recorded in the system from month end closing.
• Assist to prepare accrual schedule for operational and non-operational expenses.
• Assist in company Budgeting Process.
• Assist in Monthly Forecast Reporting.
• Perform other financial responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Possess at least 2-3 years’ Finance & Cost Accounting experiences.
• Knowledge of SAP is a good advantage

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL functions)

-Ensure timely and accurate closing and preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules

-Perform forecast and monitor cash flow

-Engage with leasing department for review of tenancy contract details

-Perform credit review of tenants

-Liaise with IRAS on property tax and stamp duty tax matters

-Liaise with external auditors, tax agent and bankers

-Statutory and compliance reporting including audit and tax filing (including GST and corporate tax)

-Any other ad hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time

-Rotation opportunities to other businesses within the Group

Requirements:

-Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent

-Minimum 3 years of Full Set Accounts with statutory reporting responsibility

working experience in Singapore

-Proficient in MS Excel & SAP

Responsibilities:

• Create and adapt Chinese-to-English content for various formats, tones, and channels, collaborating with teams for appropriate assets.
• Contribute to product positioning, marketing strategy, and product naming.
• Manage social media accounts for example, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Update marketing materials, maintain content databases, and collaborate with regional marketing teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalents.
• Interest in skin care, wellness and healthcare products.
