As Rapsodo continues to grow and expand our business internationally, we are looking for a hands-on, driven and empathetic HR Executive to join our team on a 6 months contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates ability as a recruitment subject matter expert to design & develop meaningful recruiting strategies to support the development of a diverse, qualified candidate pool, including the use of technology and alternative sourcing techniques.
- Build knowledge of competitor institutions using market data and intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
- Provide effective and insightful data and reports to aid and improve hiring objectives and location strategies
- Manage usage of agency levels, ensuring direct sourcing strategies are integral to sourcing plans.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, compensation recommendations and closing of candidates.
- Ensure candidates’ and hiring managers’ positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform sourcing for the active positions as well as creating, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
- Undertake projects and initiatives such as employer branding, campus recruitment, to acquire suitable talents for the organization.
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder with 2 years of hands-on, end-to-end in-house recruitment experience. Fresh Graduates may apply.
- Ability to work independently and effectively across functional lines within a matrix environment.
- Ability to gather and leverage data to allow for data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on and proven experience in global recruiting best practices and initiatives.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, is an absolute must.
- Knowledge of employment laws and employee relations in Singapore is a must
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural organization.
- This role requires absolute professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality due to the exposure to sensitive information.
