• Develop and implement key account strategies for key customers based on thorough understanding of their needs and proposing solutions that align with both company and customer objectives.
• Oversee sales and operations across the entire market. Develop and execute effective key account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives for company's product portfolio.
• Conduct market research and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.
• Identify opportunities for product placement and increased visibility in the supermarkets, retail stores, pharmacy chains, travel retails and tourist outlet chains.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement and manage promotional campaigns, manage A&P budgets to ensure promotional expenses stay within allocated limits.
• Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and agreements with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports on key account activities and sales performance to head of sales.
• Any tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in key account management, proven track record within the FMCG industry, preferred focus on the analgesic market.
• Experience with Modern Trade - Pharmacy channel clients will be an advantage, travel retail, supermarkets, convenience stores.
• Experience with major retail chains or distributors in Singapore.
• Trade Marketing experience, distributor management experience will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport (Not compulsory)

• Conduct Project Kick-off
• Lead requirement gathering session
• Ensure solution can fulfill customer requirement
• Manage project timeline (including detailed schedule like requirement gathering sessions, training sessions, UAT sessions)
• Communicate with vendors (Timeline, Billing Delivery)
• Hardware procurement monitoring
• Reserve project obstacles (project delay, quality problem, scope creep, etc.)
• Regular meeting with customer (if any)
• Ensure handover to Support Team
• Billing Management (Vendors & Customer)
• Arrange resources for on-site support
• Maintain team morale when facing challenges

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree of IT or business discipline, or background in technology environment delivering solutions or projects
• Excellent project management skills and high-quality successful project delivery experiences
• Technical skills/background in network/system is added advantage
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): WMS, any ERP such as SAP, Dynamic, Oracle, TMS etc.
