Manage and direct all aspects of human resources for Allegion ASEANA, SOSS Asia and GSM China. Primary Responsibilities:

· Recruitment - Responsible for talent recruitment and management, including recruitment strategy, process design, candidate evaluation, salary negotiation.

· Employee Relations – recommend, develop, and implement employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relationship and support the overall effectiveness of the organization.

· Consultation and Facilitation – provide expert consulting to line management regarding human resource administration to facilitate overall organization performance.

· Payroll Support- Manages and contributes towards effective payroll support for the Business. Ensures compliance/audit requirements for payroll administration and other administration processes.
