What you will be working on?

• Handling daily enquiries and escalations received from the public via emails and phone calls
• Handing daily sorting/triaging of incoming cases from public
• Support the team’s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required.

• Minimum O-level/A-Level/Diploma with experience in handling calls and members of the public.
