6. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conducting regular drills to ensure site readiness.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, safety training
   sessions, incident reports, and risk assessments. Prepare monthly safety performance reports.
8. Communication: Act as a point of contact for safety-related concerns, facilitating clear
   communication between management and workers to promote a culture of safety.

Responsibilities:

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Valid Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) certification recognized by MOM, with additional certifications in risk management, fire safety, first aid, being advantageous.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of WSH regulations in Singapore.
• Excellent knowledge of construction site safety practices and legal requirements.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Job Scope :

· attend to customers enquiries via email.

· coordinate shipment with customers and carrier

. Prepare export or import shipping documents

. Declaration of customs permit (All Types)

. Liaise with drivers and customers for timely collection & delivery.

. Ensure all billing are complete timely

· Ensure customer payments are up-to date,

. Requirements:

· At least 1-2 years working experience

· Good communication skills in English & Mandarin, computer savvy.

· Good knowledge of Sea Export documentation & operation procedures.

· GCE O leve / N level / ITE / Diploma in Logistics or equivalent

Working Location and Hour

· Working at AMK AVE 5, TECHPARK II (Central or East of Singapore)

· Working 5 days with 1 Saturdays on duty monthly
