2. Assist in the administration of employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, employment certification letters, reference checks etc.
3. Source, screen and shortlist candidates and coordinate the selection process.

6. Prepare monthly payroll advice & e-claims report during payroll period.
7. Report & submit Work Injury Compensation claims.
8. Data entry of new hires into HRIS.
9. Verify and process Grab transport & Cabcharge invoice.
10. Update staff onboarding list.
11. Support Employee Engagement activities
12. Assist in completing MOM and other government surveys
13. Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

2. Exposure to HR operational management in the hospitality industry is preferred

3. Able to start within short notice.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the hotel’s physical assets, including buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems.

Qualifications:

• Solicit and maintain favourable contact with potential and current clients; build and maintain good customer relations.
