RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting Administrative Officer, Component Services (Reliability & Modification Management) in the following duties:-
- Assisting Administrative Officer (AO) in the monitoring and tracking of off-wing rotables modifications for SIAEC’s Inventory Technical Management (ITM) Customers together with internal stakeholders.
- Assisting AO in the monitoring and tracking of off-wing rotables inventory pool for compliance with Airworthiness Directives together with internal stakeholders.
- Assisting AO in the monitoring and tracking of seed units that have been taken from OEMs for modification programmes.
- Assisting AO in the extracting and reviewing of components’ removal data/shop finding for the monitoring of the components’ reliability performance.
- Preparing of ITM customers components’ reliability performance report to the for review.
- Coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders to attain and review removal data from ITM customers for the identification and management of potential rogue units.
- Compiling of data required for the analysis of the component reliability evaluations.
- Monitoring and managing of administrative matters for the team’s General Staffs (GS).
- Any other duties assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma with minimum 3 years working experience preferred.
- Prior working experience within the aviation industry is advantageous but not necessary.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to integrate multiple ideas and information from across various fields.
- Experience with SAP, Data Visualization Tools and Process enhancement skills is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish team effectiveness and manage partnerships to create a cooperative working environment which enables the achievement of goals.
