This advertisement is recruiting for the position of 1 Admin Assistant(Printing).

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE secondary located in Hougang.

Contract Period: From 02 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.

Option to Extend: for a further period of one year.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 3:00pm (at least 4 hours per day), inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
• Service not required during school holidays unless required by the school

The service required are set out as follows :

• To facilitate all photocopying requests for lessons from teachers.
• To facilitate all photocopying requests from other school stakeholders.
• All other duties as required by the Authority.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Applicants should preferably have completed primary school education with some prior experience in photocopying and operating a photocopying machine.

Job Responsibility:

• Support the implementation of patient-driven initiatives in the Pharmacy department by working closely
  with various sections in charge of aligning processes and workflows.
• Work with various sections in charge to drive new services and to ensure revenue generation.
• Assist sections to derive and drive business cases for new services.
• Maintain close supervision of financial performance and where appropriate, work with sections in-charge to institute strategic approaches to cost recovery and sustainable profitability.
• Responsible for supporting the procurement related to strategic projects in compliance with NUHS
  procurement policies.
• Lead and manage projects as assigned - Work with sections in charge to establish context, develop a project plan with goals and targets, secure approval for the project, and oversee project progress.
• Support the Pharmacy department through upcoming changes to major clinical systems via training, supporting infrastructural changes and formulation of new processes.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Management or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Resourceful and meticulous with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to galvanize support from different levels of stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Manage the Reception at the Admin Office such as to handle calls and enquiries;
• Provide frontline service to all stakeholders such as parents, students, staff, instructors and contractors etc.;
• Keep a record of incoming mails, Data entry and filing of records & documents;
• Maintain lost & found items and records;
• Distribution of graduating certificates and other materials and items;
• Manage students who report late to school and who need to leave school early;
• Attend to unwell or injured students and staff requiring medical attention in the sick bay;
• Maintain accurate record of students attended in the sick bay;
• Provide administrative and logistical support for school operations, functions and events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Overview:

The Printing Assistant is responsible for the preparation of materials such as study resources / worksheets / examinations papers for the school. The candidate plays an important role in supporting the school's operation through assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing machinery and providing general support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• In charge of Processing & completing all printing requests from the staff for School Materials and Papers.
• Preparing and verifying documents.
• Tabulating & submission on a monthly basis the amount of printing/meter reading carried out using the machines.
• Managing Printing records and statistics.
• Ordering and replenish the consumables associated with school supplies and printing needs.
• Managing & ordering school inventories and consumables.
• General administration to support Admin Team and adhoc tasks

Requirements:

• Comfortable in operating printing-related machines.
• To display traits such as service oriented attitute.
• The ability to complete tasks within deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to infants’ basic needs by feeding them, showering, dressing them and changing their diapers.
• Organise activities to provide a variety of learning experiences and opportunities that include reading, singing and interacting with them.
• Observe and evaluate infants’ performance, behaviour, social development and physical health and make note of progress.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the classroom and centre’s environment.
• Participate in event management as well as marketing and sales activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care & Development (CIT)/Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC)/Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
• Candidates who are currently undergoing HCIC/ACEY are welcome to apply too
• Preferably with relevant experience in teaching infants and toddlers
