5. Customer Service:Address queries from parents, staff, and visitors professionally.
   Support the school in fostering positive relationships with parents.
6. Compliance:Ensure adherence to the regulatory guidelines and policies of the preschool.
   Assist in preparing documents for audits or inspections.
   

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Preschool experience on Claim/Grant and little live App.
• Familiarity with administrative procedures in an educational setting is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:Manage counter and concierge duties.
   Handle membership-related inquiries and processes such as sign-ups, UTAP claims, card replacements, and hardship grant applications.
   
2. Reporting & Admin:Extract daily/weekly/monthly CRM performance reports.
   Perform data entry, inventory checks, mailing, and disposal of forms.
   
3. Ad-hoc Tasks:Assist in miscellaneous frontline and backend duties as assigned.
