Job Description:
The IT Business Partner (ITBP) will act as the Strategic Partner for all related CS matters and projects, e.g., SFDC sales cloud including PCube, ChatBot, VRA, Dashboards, as well as, serving proactively as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact for the Business, in particular CS.
You will provide operational leadership and execution on our customer post sales experience strategy whilst creating seamless omni-channel experiences to drive adoption from It CS solutions implemented. You will also support the establishment of Digital Analytics capability and lead digital analytics projects to deliver the organization’s business objectives, related to CS activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders, co-create technology-enabled business strategies to enhance the digital experience.
- Provide strategic input and transformation roadmap to corporate digital/IT strategy.
- Orchestrate respective stakeholders within IT to provide identified solutions and services.
- Responsible for story writing, defining customer journeys, digital analytics and business value including recommendations to challenge status quo to deliver business value such as drive conversion, top line revenue, user experience, measurement and tracking of business value (KPIs, ROI).
- Take lead in owning, defining, and tracking value cases for IT CS investments.
- Understand and analyze business requirements, identify gaps and opportunities, and create a strategy that aligns with the business objectives and benefits.
- Design effective solutions that meet the business requirements.
- Critically assessing digital initiatives (and business applications) and defining, documenting, modifying, recommending processes and process changes to support the delivery of the enhanced technology driven digital channel experience.
- On a day-to-day basis the role has overall responsibility for driving business analysis and requirement-gathering workshops during all phases off our projects.
Job Requirement:
- Business Degree in Technology with 3-5 years of IT Business Partnership.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in related field with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments digitalization and business segments.
- Experience in post-sales best practices.
- Hands on experience working as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in CRM projects; passion for digital customer channels and analytics.
- Good understanding on IT standards and CRM best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills including the ability to influence business teams.
- Work independently, takes ownership of problems within own area of knowledge and accountable for the quality of own work.
- Highly motivated in problem-solving with strong investigative skills.
- Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Project Management Processes.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presentation to senior management- level audiences.
