• Introducing new services to current and potential customers
• Carrying out client retention initiatives
• Taking part in and leading any company sales-related marketing and sales campaigns

Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, international business, or related field with strong hands-on Sales and Marketing experience (business development/accounts management)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in 3PL supply chain
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English writing and reading
• Capable of communicating with Japanese clients in Japanese with ease
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities in both Japanese and English
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target.
• Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoy working in a competitive environment
• Proactive and driven by solutions, with a strategic mindset
