• Assist with the implementation of eCommerce projects and optimization of corporate systems, data and tools to enhance department productivity
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in shipping data to optimize cargo selections, routing management, and inventory management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, finance, logistics and operations to implement data-driven solutions and process improvements
• Steer improvement mindset and adoption of new technologies & processes
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent with at leats 1-2 years of experiences is advantageous
• Possess excellent data management, spreadsheet, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in Tableau, Power BI preferred

Assist in Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain employee records, process HR documentation, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
• Any other HR Ad hoc duties
