Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable.
• POS Software Management:Regularly tally sales data from the POS software across all outlets.
  Ensure accurate recording of daily transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  Generate and analyze sales reports from the POS system.
  
• Monthly Reporting: Compile and submit comprehensive monthly financial reports, including sales performance, expenses, and cash flow, to management.
• Payroll Management: Calculate and process payroll, ensuring timely payment of employees and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Taxation and Compliance: Manage GST submissions, CPF contributions, and ensure compliance with Singapore’s accounting and tax regulations.
• Vendor Relations: Handle payments to suppliers and service providers, reconciling accounts as needed.
• Inventory Coordination: Work with the team to track and record stock levels for financial reporting.
• Process Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in retail or service industries is a plus).
• Familiarity with POS software and its financial reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of Singapore tax laws, GST, and CPF regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Address the needs of all homebuyers and ensures a seamless homebuyers experience.
• Attends to homebuyers' enquiries, requests, as well as concerns and feedback with professionalism to promote a positive first impression.
• Maintains a professional image and is well-versed about the property.
• Provide administrative duties at Reception including assisting owners to make appointment for key collection.
• Handle phone calls and walk-in queries including taking down messages during Relationship Service Manager’s absence.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned

Duration:

• 6 Months Contract

Salary:

• Up to $3,000

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

• Outram

Requirements:

• GCE N Level with relevant front facing customer service/receptionist experience.
• Service-oriented individual with excellent communication skill.
• Can work independently and effectively handle multiple and concurrent tasks.
