Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in Full Spectrum of HR
• Perform recruitment and selection process of candidates including requisition, advertisement placement, screening, arranging of interview, arrangement for pre-employment check-up with panel clinic
• Manage whole payroll process timely and accurately and compliance to statutory requirement including CPF, Tax Filing, NS Claim / Childcare / Maternity Claim processing and submission
• Administer HR-related process which includes preparation of employment contracts, application and renewal of work passes for workers, confirmation of employees, administration of leaves and staff benefits
• Update and maintain HR databases of personnel record including employees’ data in a timely and organized manner
• Plan and organize welfare events for employees (e.g., Annual CNY dinner, Christmas party, gathering events)
• Administer staff benefit which includes attending to related queries
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary or HRM-related course of studies
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience
• Knowledge of employment legislation preferred
• Excellent analytical interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and can work independent
• Good listening and speaking skills

Job Description

· Support the application and renewal of licenses and certifications.

· Assist with training sourcing, registrations and timely processing of invoices.

· Assist in the coordination and scheduling of training programs and workshops, including room bookings, equipment setup and tea break / lunch arrangements.

· Responsible for tracking timesheet, workers attendance, preparation and processing of the full spectrum of monthly payroll for workers.

· Track and record employee participation and progress in learning initiatives.

· Assist in collecting feedback from participants.

· Maintain organized and accurate records of training documentation, library of training partners, attendance and feedback.

· Scanning and e-filing of work pass (WP/SP/EP), passports and training cards.

· Other general HR administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in construction
• Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
