Job Description

• Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including but not limited to liaising with recruitment agencies, hiring managers and candidates, ensure recruitment documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangement, etc.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.
• Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR-related documents.
• Reviewing employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and completeness which involves checking for correct clock-in and out and overtime hours. Comparing timesheets against the system clock in/out and update the system to reflect the correct information.
• Managing for CoreTrade Certification for foreign worker levy concession.
• Facilitate sourcing of new courses, processing training applications and ensure approval before submission.
• Responsible for work pass applications
• Administer Leave, deductions and claims for workers.

Requirements for Position

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource or related discipline.
• Experience: 3 years of proven experience in construction industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage the full spectrum of payroll functions, including monthly salary processing, CPF contributions, etc.

· Assist in resume sourcing and interview coordination.

· Create and maintain staff records in the BIPO HR system.

· Perform daily HR administrative duties.

· Handle work pass-related matters.

· Submit government claims, such as GPML, CCL, etc.

· Carry out office administrative tasks.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

· A Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field is required.

· A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing is essential.

· Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.

6. Administer benefits programmes. Handle industrial accident cases. Process medical, specialist, dental and insurance claims.

9. Handle employee discipline issues and staff grievances with Department Heads.

10. Submit performance ratings to Assistant HR Manager for salary increment and bonus inputs for assigned Departments.

11. Administer employee welfare programmes, internal and external staff recognition programmes and staff suggestion scheme.

12. Ensure staff lockers are in good working condition. Ensure staff canteen is clean and monitor quality of food.

13. Co-ordinate Bi-Monthly Staff Gathering and Best Associate Award.

14. Assist to prepare HR Reports & Surveys requested by Management and government bodies.

15. Perform HR Administration duties which include ad-hoc updates of employee’s personal particulars in system, update staff notice boards, update of HR information system and keeping HR files updated.

16. Responsible for part-timers for all Departments.

Ad-hoc projects or other duties as assigned by Assistant HR Manager and HR Manager.
