• Employee Off-boarding; assist in off-boarding of leavers.
• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees, and employee records in HRIS.
• Assist in Work Pass (WP, SPass, EPass) application, renewal, and cancellation.
• Keep track of staff confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment, Contract renewal, etc., and preparation of related letters.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave, benefits, compensation, claims, and queries related to systems, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Help to organize events and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and develop a positive and cohesive culture.
• Preparation of Monthly HR reports and consolidating of Regional HR reports for Quarterly Management meetings.
• Administration of Medical and Flexi Benefits of Employee, including enrolment and terminations.
• Completion of Surveys and MOM Business Census, if any.
• Conduct salary benchmark.
• Other admin tasks and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superiors.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
• Hands-on experience with all work pass (WP, SP, EP) matters
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Words)
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and excellent team player
• Organize at work and have an eye for detail

The incumbent will provide a range of HR services to the company and business units, with partnership with Centres of Excellence in HR, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, talent development and people services.

• Provide HR insights and advice to the business on all people related issues and initiatives
• Roll out HR strategies that are aligned with the company’s overall business objectives
• Improve employee experience, engagement & retention through various initiatives
• Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
• Advise and support managers in performance management, employee career development and building of an effective talent pipeline & succession
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits team to regularly review market competitiveness, benefits and reward structures, ensuring equity and competitiveness
• Review HR policies & procedures and workflow processes in line with employment legislation and/or organizational changes to increase efficiency
• Analyse HR key metrics, develop continuous employee feedback mechanisms and use data to develop HR interventions and process improvements
• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
• Develop positive working relationships with people through strong inter-personal skills.

Job Description

1. Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment functions (Advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, training record,contract preparation and etc...)

2. Staff on-boarding & off-boarding

3. Maintain and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

4. Organise and maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity of personnel, leave, training records and etc.

5. Implement & manage Employee Engagement

6. Plan and implement Training & Development within the workplace

7. Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all accounts.

8. Maintain files on all account receivables & payables and update records as required.

9. Ensure upkeep of items handed over to Employees

10. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

- Min Diploma/Degree for fresh grads

- Min 2 Years’ experience in HR for non-diploma/degree holders preferred

- Microsoft Office Skills

- Assertive, have good communication skills

- Able to communicate with Chinese speaking employees
