Job Description
• Plan employee engagement initiatives, resolve employee grievances, counsel employees
• Ensure legal compliance and other administrative matters
• Assist in recruitment efforts, including placing job ads, selecting candidates, and managing interview and related administrative process
• Build strong and positive work relationship with employee.
• Work closely with the authorities and ensure compliance of HR policies & procedures in Singapore
• Preparation of organization orientation for new staffs
• Involved in payroll process and claim
• Going down to assist onsite whenever necessary
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource management
• Possess a Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration-related discipline
• Manage team resources to ensure adequate staffing and capability levels
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in managing different priorities/multitasking
