• Assist in recruitment process such as posting of job advertisement, downloading of resumes from different platforms and arrangement of interviews with stakeholders
• Assist in onboarding process such as preparation of documents/letters and e-pfile
• Assist in consolidating and maintain HR files and documents and keep employee database up to date
• Assist in preparation of documents and letters
• Assist in verification of invoices from external vendors
• Support day to day office administrative work for the HR department
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR department

Requirements:

• Undergraduate/Diploma/GCE 'A' Levels
• Proficient with MS Office skills
• Responsible and possess with positive working attitude.
• Great team player & adaptable
• Professionalism and ability to exercise discretion at all times is essential

Responsibilities:

• Conduct general servicing for aircon systems
• Conduct chemical overhaul for aircon systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair aircon systems
• Propose and upsell aircon services to customers
• Perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Customer facing, friendly and patient personality
• Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature
• Able to use simple mobile technology
• Open to learning
• Have handman work experience
• Basic command of English, spoken and written
• Effective handling of fault / emergency repairs and customer complaints
• Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license is a must (vehicle provided)
• 6 days’ work week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate programmes for the education of nurses and nursing students based on their learning needs.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to nurses and nursing students in ensuring their competencies.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate preceptorship programmes and establish clinical support for new staffs.
• Coordinate training activities to strengthen clinical practices across different units and specialties.
• Ensure ongoing orientation, training, and education for nursing staff to maintain competency levels, collaborating closely with Nurse Managers on clinical training standards and patient care delivery.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Advanced Diploma / Specialist Diploma in Nursing would be an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Instructor
• Possesses valid SNB and BCLS.
