A system administrator is a professional who is responsible for the installation, configuration,

maintenance, and security of IT systems and networks.

• Installing and updating operating systems, software, and hardware on servers and

workstations

• Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance, availability, and security issues

• Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights

• Implementing backup and recovery strategies and procedures

• Documenting system configurations, policies, and procedures

An IT specialist system administrator role in the areas of Wintel and middleware may require

the following additional tasks:

• Installing and configuring Wintel servers and workstations, including Windows Server,

Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, WSUS, etc.

• Installing and configuring middleware components and applications, such as Docker,

MSSQL, WebSphere Liberty, IBM PA, etc.

• Advising and supporting on system architecture design and troubleshooting

• Proactively monitoring CVE/vulnerability bulletins/notifications and performing patches

and upgrades for the Wintel and middleware components

• Supporting and resolving application incidents by checking system logs and following up

with software support if required

• Some experience in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Bash, PowerShell, VB

Script

• Knowledge of SAN/NAS & Backup

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, DFS, NPS, PKI, GPO, AD, II, IAT, etc.

• Knowledge of multiple clustered environments

• Knowledge of Wintel security best practices

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Scope –

• Handle day-to-day admin & accounting functions(data entry and bookkeeping into the accounting system)
• Responsible for handling general affairs and officemanagement
• Assist in documentation of quotations, purchase orders,and delivery orders
• Liaise with internal employees and external partiesre garding general affairs and administrative support functions
• Manage admin duties such as data entry, email,preparing of issuing of invoices, delivery orders, etc
• Coordination of payment issues between suppliers/customers and our company
• Coordination of disputes between our requestors andsuppliers.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirement

• Possess at least ‘N’, ‘O’ level & ITE or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 1-2 years of purchasing experience in the Construction Industry

• Prepared and Assembled ready wooden cabinetry to drawings and specifications for installation.
• Verified dimensions and Checked the quality and fit of pieces.
• Measured and marked dimensions of sites.
• Performed Cabinet assembly with the use of hand tools.
• Assisted with all aspects of the assembly team.
• Read detailed schematics for cabinets and executed assembly accurately.
• Helped with delivering and manually installing cabinets.
• Installed cabinets in residential homes.
