• Partner directly with third party catering vendors across Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Japan, and Australia to execute onsite catering within the client’s workplaces.
• Manage and plan events, including but not limited to fire side chats, team off-site/team building and any other client/user request.
• Responsible for the management of catering satisfaction, including regular satisfaction surveys and optimization of food service operation.
• Financial management of catering services, including budget management and expense tracking.
• Proactive support to collect feedback from business team members regularly and take actions accordingly.
• Support the development of F&B services SLA’s and standard processes.
• Support data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with the Clients goals and objectives.
• General administrative work as reasonable requested.

You will bring:

• Minimum of 5–7 years corporate catering experience across multiple business lines with an understanding of building operations, landlord requirements, and catering logistics
• 10 years of customer service experience
• Deep understanding of Western, Asian, and Indian food & beverage markets
• Minimum of 5 years third party vendor management and governance experience
• Understanding of local food safety laws across Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Singapore, India, and Korea, including HACCP regulations
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Solution-focused mindset

Responsibilities:

• Prepare baseline schedule which includes resources and cost loadings
• Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team
• Coordinate and obtain inputs from the project team, contractors, and suppliers to support the development of project programs
• Work on progress forecast and prepare rolling program
• Ensure material submission and approval
• Ensure project orders and deliveries are in accordance with agreed schedules
• Update, track and report project progress against the planned schedule
• Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost are in line with the master construction program
• Experience in Road Projects including all associated junction improvements and realignment/reconstruction of its associated slip and service roads.
• Experience in Design and Build of vehicular viaduct Project including ramps and other road bridge related works.
• Experience in managing Precast Fabrication Yard operation and construction of viaduct structure with Precast Segmental Method
• Coordination with clients and third parties to obtain permits for service diversion, land- use etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Good understanding of construction industry practices and standards to perform planning and scheduling
• At least 10 years of experience in large-scale projects with hands-on experience doing planning and scheduling for civil infrastructure projects or building projects or both
• Proficient in planning software such as MS Office Packages, P6 Primavera and Autocad Packages
• Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently to produce programs, narratives and histogramsMeticulous, eye for details, and a good team player
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Able to manager a team of planning engineers
