About the Role

The Medical Writer and Analyst positions are ideal for those with experience in scientific research and for enthusiastic recent graduates in the sciences who are seeking the opportunity to be part of a growing team. You will be based in our Singapore office working in our Asia-Pacific team, as well as collaborating with colleagues from our UK and US teams.

Medical Writers and Analysts work on projects involving the detailed analysis of data from clinical trials and the assimilation and creative presentation of this analysis in different formats including posters, slide sets, value dossiers, reports and peer-reviewed publications. These deliverables are used directly by our clients in communication with external stakeholders instrumental to the successful uptake of novel therapies. • Market Access: Market access supports timely patient access to drugs and devices, involving the assessment of clinical efficacy and safety alongside costs to determine the value of a therapy within a specific disease area. Market access activities are targeted at a wide range of stakeholders who are instrumental to the successful funding and uptake of novel therapies, such as government bodies, payers, health technology appraisal (HTA) agencies, HCPs, and patients. Our Market Access team supports a wide range of clients in producing materials to demonstrate both the clinical and economic value of some of the newest, most innovative technologies in development. Our work is multidisciplinary, often beginning with evidence generation in the form of literature reviews, advisory boards with clinicians and payers, or economic modelling, to inform the development of materials that present an evidence-based account of the product’s value in a compelling and accessible manner.
  Analysts working across our Market Access services support a diverse range of value and access, HTA and health economics projects.   Our literature review and synthesis projects involve the identification of clinical, economic and real-world evidence to support the value of a pharmaceutical product or medical device. Our work includes rigorous systematic literature reviews that our Statisticians often use to conduct meta-analyses and network meta-analyses, therefore Analysts in this team work together with our Statisticians to provide seamless scientific and technical support to our clients. We also work on more creative and pragmatic evidence reviews to inform clients’ strategic decisions with regard to clinical development or market access. You will gain a thorough understanding of how to conduct various kinds of evidence review from searching to interpretation of statistical results and ensuring that the reviews conform to industry guidelines where applicable. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure system currency for Windows servers are up to GIS standards. No past due in currency report.
• Ensure ancillary patches (Microsoft Office. Java, Adobe related products) for Windows servers are up to GIS standards
• Transit currency works for legacy Windows servers to Global Patching and Currency Team
• Provide weekend change and ad-hoc operational support for Windows servers
• Other projects and tasks as required
• Patching on all APAC Windows servers
• Ensure that there are no overdue vulnerabilities in the patching report – Monthly / Bi-weekly
• Forecast the upcoming vulnerabilities, Plan the Patching cycle, send AO comm’s and raise paper works
• Transition / offload work to the global team
• On-board the low touch servers to automation

Job Requirements:

• In depth working technical knowledge in applying patches and recovering Windows servers
• In depth working technical knowledge in applying ancillary patches
• Good working experience in BladeLogic for Windows
• Good working experience in scripting like PowerShell
• ITIL and basic understanding of technologies

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
