Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for user systems, including user PC, Retail POS and peripherals, printers (including barcode printers), electronic shelf labels, digital signage, mobile phones and tablets etc.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to M365, including email, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other O365 applications.

To assist with procurement and maintain up to date inventory tracking

Liaising with various external vendor solution providers

Assist in implementing IT policies, protocols, procedures, solutions, and best practices including incident reporting on containment and remediation.

Be part of project management team on IT initiatives (including system updates, tech refresh and migrations) sourcing of solutions, evaluation of solutions, managing implementation process including UAT, user training and system documentation.

Assist to conduct regular system audits, regular checks on network and data security and testing to detect issues within the IT systems.

Skill Requirement & Qualification:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Proven experience in system design, implementation, and administration of Microsoft Windows technologies: Windows Servers 2012 and above, Active Directory, LINUX, Router, and Network Switches.

Experience with Servers Backup and maintenance.

Proven experience as a System Infrastructure Engineer or similar role with 3-5years experience, with a focus on Microsoft O365 technologies.

Good experience managing and troubleshooting firewalls and network technologies (e.g., switching, routing, VPNs).

Working experience with Remote Desktop Services and hybrid cloud environments

3. Carry out testing & commissioning for A&A work and run the small size of project

• Key Responsibilities
  1. Storage Management
• Install, configure, and maintain Storage Area Networks (SAN) and enterprise backup solutions.
• Perform health checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting for HP Nimble, Dell, NetApp, and Hitachi devices to ensure optimal availability and performance.
• Integrate storage solutions (including HP Nimble, Dell, NetApp, and Hitachi storage arrays) into customer IT infrastructures, ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Perform firmware updates and necessary system upgrades for storage devices, including Hitachi SAN environments.
• Maintain detailed documentation for storage configurations, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Manage disk partitioning and Logical Unit Number (LUN) assignments (create, modify, or delete LUNs).
• Actively monitor and manage multiple storage subsystems (HP Nimble, Dell, NetApp, and Hitachi SAN environments) for optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for HP Nimble, Dell, NetApp, and Hitachi storage arrays.
