Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Execution of audit programs in the specified project timeline with high complexity, risk and subjective judgment. May also review or guide auditors work, provide training, and assist the Engagement Manager with project tasks. Performs work independently with review and follow-up.

Participates in audit planning for assigned scope areas, conducts process interviews and walkthroughs with the auditor, and documents key attributes. Considered an expert in the audit process, assists the Engagement Manager in the execution of the audit project. May manage specific project components as well as supervising junior staffs.

Conducts audit fieldwork following established GIA/IIA standards, utilizes the project RACI to meet audit objectives, and ensure work papers are complete and follow standard requirements for quality and re-performance. Establishes and improves audit methodology and templates. Provides expertise in evaluating complex or new findings, may use stop and go auditing to sharpen focus, and is considered a leader in fieldwork analysis and execution.

Identifies audit issues within assigned scope, reviews methodology, evidence, and conclusions with Engagement Manager, utilizes standard issue write-up format and structure for report consolidation. Aligns and presents issues to all level of auditor management as well as the Engagement Director, CAE, or Corporate Management. May assist junior auditors in closing issues, and assist the Engagement manager with report generation, or closing issues.

Ensures work papers and scope descriptions are complete in Teammate. Drives auditor to deadlines for management plans. Assigns initial issue rating, ensures all actions are completed for audit closure. May perform quality check on final audit report prior to CAE review.

Leads Cut-Off testing and other projects as assigned by GIA Management. May perform training, develop standards, or lead a team in the organization of an event. May work independently on advisory assignments, or lead a team on small scope audits.

Conduct SOX testing and status the PMO on issues. May lead multiple SOX engagements or controls.

Participate in GCIP (GIA Continuous Improvement Projects). May be assigned as an individual or lead a team. Provide ownership and development of SME scope, assist audits in conducting SME testing.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for cross-domain integration between SAP and CRM
• Design, configure, and implement solutions that facilitate the integration of SAP SD/CS modules with CRM ensuring data consistency and process efficiency
• Provide expertise in mapping sales, service, and customer management processes across domains to identify integration points and data exchange requirements
• Work closely with Group IT to develop and implement interfaces and data migration strategies between SAP SD/CS and external systems
• Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of the integrated solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and comply with best practices
• Participate in CAB, regular meetings, and discussions with Local and Group IT teams to share updates, gather feedback, and align on project timelines and deliverables
• Provide training and support to end-users on the integrated systems, to ensure smooth adoption and utilization

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP SD/CS modules, with a focus on cross-domain integration
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience in coordinating with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful integration projects

We are looking for an individual with a passion for auditing, with at least 5 years of experience in performing various audits, including integrated audits of business processes and systems, IT audits, and auditing emerging technologies. We value individuals who are able to work independently and also as part of a team.

The auditor will play a consulting role as advisor to business units - advising business units on control procedures, system security measures and other governance matters.

CAG Internal Audit aims to be a data-driven audit function. We focus on use of data analytics and other digital tools to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of audits. Prior experience in the use of data analytics and data visualization tools in audits would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assigned audit activities, including risk assessment and planning, establishing audit scope and approach, resource planning, preparing the audit assignment plan and audit programme, carrying out audit fieldwork, maintaining proper documentation, reviewing and/or supervising work done by teams, resource management if leading a team.
• Responsible for communications and resolution of observations / findings with stakeholders, preparing clear and concise reports on the risks, findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Establish data analysis criteria, be involved in user acceptance testing of the analytics developed, and use of analytics in performing audits.
• Enhance audit program and procedures where required, to improve audit effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure adequate follow-up of audit recommendations after report issuance, until all issues are resolved and implemented.
• Act as a consultant to business units to review and advise on control procedures, system securities measures, and/or governance matters.
• Act as a relationship manager between Internal Audit and audit clients.

Requirements:

• University degree majoring in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Professional qualifications: CPA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CISA, CISSP, CCSP.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in performing integrated audits of system and business processes, IT audit, and auditing emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Effective project management, interpersonal and influencing skills.
