The Role

Our team is small, so you will need to be flexible, pragmatic and solutions oriented.  You will be responsible for investment administration, specifically investment performance reporting, investment execution and custodian management.  Main responsibilities include:

Investment Performance Reporting

·         Prepare standard monthly performance reports including collation of external investment manager reports and valuation

Custodian Management

Mission:
Drive informed decision making within the COO’s organization by turning data from our Accounting, Corporate Secretary, FinTech and Compliance operations into actionable insights that improve the robustness and profitability of Sleek’s operations.

Outcomes: 

1/ Data reliability 
Ensuring that your analysis is at least 90% accurate, with clear understanding and explanation of what causes the 10% gap.

2/ Dashboard creation and management 
- Visualizing data in Looker Studio or Tableau, in a way that is clear and concise
- Calculation of metrics are to be consistent with existing dashboards
- Dashboards are to be prototyped with the end user in Google Sheets before created
- Efficient/ scalable solutions to be proposed to ensure long-term sustainability of dashboards
- Dashboard usage is to be reviewed every quarter those with low utilization are to be archived

3/ Documentation 
Ensure all key metrics and calculations are clearly documented in Google Docs and pinned/ linked in our internal Wiki or Slack channels.  Language should be accessible to other Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders.

4/ Data quality recommendations
Work with Tech, Product and Data Engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and efficient, so that Big Query is maintained as best as possible.

5/ Collaborate with other Data Analysts 
Even though you’ll be embedded within the functional team and working independently, you’ll need to contribute to an inclusive, friendly, knowledge sharing culture with other DAs, so that everyone is aware of each other's workstreams/ sprints, challenges and learnings.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Data Analyst.

Job Description

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Process FX transactions settlement, provide analytic input for traders and aid in review of derivative products.

The IT Executive is responsible for providing applications consultancy, advice, and support for both purchased and developed systems, such as Infor LN and TimeWay. The role involves troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults, and ensuring that system setups are appropriately configured for end users. Mandatory Skill-set

• Perform daily name screening alert clearance
• Investigate and report discrepancies and irregularities arising from transactions, system failure, etc and resolve issues including handling stakeholder’s complaints and escalating all issues to Group Head / Deputy Group Head promptly.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Analyst, ideally with a background in management consulting and/or expertise in commodity trading. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in projects on the implementation and optimization of CTRM systems, leveraging their skills to deliver effective solutions. Due to our client’s distributed teams we require a Mandarin speaker.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the project management for the system development and implementation activities and develop business process flows
• Prepare and manage the reporting to communicate project risks, issues and actions to stakeholders
• Ensure that the team adheres to committed timelines and deliverables and assist in de-risking
• Hold the pen to capture user requirements into features, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate on to-be state/process illustration and closing the gaps between workstreams
• Hold the pen for L5 documentation (if superusers are unavailable) to refresh L5 documentation
• Facilitate the creation of test scenarios (where required), training documentation, preparation of test data, collation of change requests, capture of test evidence and ensure the successful completion of UAT
• Co-ordinate user training according to plan
• Other governance, documentation and process work as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience of project management as a consultant

• Design, plan, and implement infrastructure solutions, and working closely with the IT Team and various stakeholders to manage IT projects and events, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to achieve the IT team’s goals
• Maintain IT equipment and systems to support operations and employees while upholding Company compliance standards
• Manage IT procurement processes and build strong relationships with vendors to secure the best technology and services for the Company’s needs
• Maintain documentation for IT systems, inventory, user accounts, policies and procedures, and streamline processes, ensuring efficiency and clarity in all technology-related initiatives

• Degree/ Diploma holder in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling IT infrastructure planning, implementation, and support escalations
• Knowledge of infrastructure best practices, systems, processes, and methodologies with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft products including Windows, M365, Office, Teams, and SharePoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with prior experience working in a multi-cultural environment and fluency in English communication

Responsibilities:

• IT infrastructure (Hardware and software), POS system installation and maintenance including remote troubleshooting
• Liaising with third part vendors for new store infrastructure setup
• Updating the store systems if it is needed
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support and standby for the store operation
• Conduct training new Supervisors in how to use all systems and how to handle minor technical issues
• Prepare system manual guidebooks of all software systems and editing for any updates
• Participate in UAT testing before GO-LIVE and release the new version
• Update windows and security patches of store POS and laptop and ensure cybersecurity
• Maintain store IT inventory list and update documentation on IT asset management
• Facility Management: Ensure the office space is in good condition by liaising with vendors or managing minor repairs as necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• 5 days work week (weekend included), (standby allowance)
• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ working experience in the related field - preferably with retail sector
• Good knowledge of Microsoft windows operating systems
• On-site support and resolution of all software and equipment issues
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
• Good understanding of Microsoft SQL server and scripts
