Key Responsibilities:
â–Ş Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) for IT-related supplies and services.
â–Ş Process invoices and ensure timely payments, maintaining accurate financial records.
â–Ş Coordinate and follow up on signatories for approval processes and documentation.
â–Ş Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
â–Ş Assist in organizing meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistical support.
â–Ş Facilitate reservation arrangements for restaurants and other business-related events.
â–Ş Assist in organising events for the ICT team, including team building, employee engagement and team bonding activities
â–Ş Assist in efficiently managing the calendar for the ICT Director, scheduling and organizing appointments.
â–Ş Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
â–Ş Stay informed about relevant industry trends and updates to enhance administrative procedures.
Requirements:
â–Ş Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an IT environment.
â–Ş Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities.
â–Ş Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
â–Ş Proficiency in office software and tools, including calendar management.
â–Ş Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
â–Ş Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
â–Ş Familiarity with procurement processes and invoice management.
â–Ş Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
â–Ş Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.
â–Ş Problem-solving attitude and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
