Key Accountabilities

Provide administrative support to SSI Sports Performance Managers (SPMs) / NSAs in:

• Developing and overseeing the implementation of Multi Year Sports Plans (MYSPs)
• Monitoring and tracking the implementation of KPIs and Annual Funding
• Arranging and documenting Joint Management Committee (JMC) meetings
• Arranging and documenting Functional Sport Programme (FSP) meetings

Assist Singapore Sport Institute (SSI) / National Youth Sport Institute (NYSI) / ActiveSG C&A / NSAs in:

• Building the athlete data collection and tracking processes

Provide administrative support to CoachSG / NSAs in:

• Implementing and tracking effective coach and technical officials certification courses

• The deployment and usage of Sports Management Learning Platform (SMLP) for Coaches

Assist SSI / NSAs in:

• Building of NSAs and Sports Performance profiles through core data collected from NSAs

• The deployment and usage of Athlete Data Management System and Athlete DTE, Health & Wellness monitoring tools and requirements gathering

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in Sports Studies/Marketing/Managment or related specialty
• Background in Sports Management, Sports Coaching, Sports Science or any other sports-related fields.
• Experience of participating or delivering sport programmes, either in the capacity of Performance Athlete, Coach, Sport Scientist or Manager.
• Capable of engaging a diverse group of stakeholders in the spirit of building partnerships.
• Possess problem-solving skills to generate new ideas through evaluating all the different situations.
• An ability to work across a range of areas/sports, possibly outside your current area of expertise.

Job Description:

The Technical Specialist / Engineer role is to provide technical service to our enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be deployed for onsite implementation work and will be on a 5-day work week schedule.
