● Drive client satisfaction and retention by providing top-notch and targeted talent consulting services which align with client requirements, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
● Create innovative approaches to acquire market intelligence and enhance our reservoir of human capital expertise, while attentively observing emerging trends in respective industries.
● Facilitating constructive negotiations between clients and candidates to align their requirements and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
● Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
● Establishing strong connections within the professional community in Singapore and/or across APAC.

Candidate Requirements:
