Role Purpose

Responsibilities

• Work in a team to manage the Loan Management, Accounting and CRM system. Analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, defining scope and objectives, ensuring that system implementation meet users’ requirements and within deadline.
• Provide day-to-day support and enhancement of the systems.
• Generate reports using crystal reporting tool on a daily/monthly/ad-hoc basis
• Provide application support in resolving and troubleshooting problems together with internal, external stakeholders and vendors for further investigations.
• Maintain user documentation including release notes, training guides and UAT documentation.
• Ensure compliance of all security measures in application development processes.
• Manage system access roles/ rights and user-ids (add / modify / delete)
• Partner with process owners and users to integrate technical and application components to identify solution to meet business process requirements.
• Identify, source and recommend new innovative functionalities and IT solutions that add value to the operation needs.
• Hands-on exploration with new software products
• Provide first-level of support of Windows, Exchange, Firewall, routers and switches.
• Undertake any other assignments as required

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in application development and managing IT projects.
• Preferably those with good technical knowledge in implementing and maintaining IT systems using Oracle, SQL, Microsoft Office including Access etc.
• Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in IT network, servers and infrastructure.
• Good experience and exposure to latest IT gadgets, products and solutions
• The successful candidates will be placed in different position level based on their working experiences/education level

Roles & Responsibilities

• The role will focus on project delivery and implementation for security related products across infrastructure and systems.
• Will also perform configuration, testing and maintenance support for the security devices.
• Experience in Information Security Risk Management, Vulnerability Management and Assessments.
• Serve as the Technical Support expert and capable of handling escalations, incidents, outages and infrastructure challenges.
• Operate, manage and support the IT infrastructure and services implemented to meet prescribed service levels
• Ensure that project implementation and operations are aligned to client technology standards and policies

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines
• More than 2 years of relevant IT experience in implementing and managing complex IT infrastructure systems and services for commercial and Singapore government agencies
• CISSP/CCSP/CISM/CCSK certification or its equivalent is preferred
• Possess good technical skills with working knowledge and experience on cybersecurity technologies and tools - PAM (CyberArk), DAM (IBM Guardium, Imperva SecureSphere DAM), SIEM (Splunk, IBM Qradar, Endpoint (Trend Micro, Carbon Black) and VA scanner
• Familiar with IM8 policies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Scope:

• Responsible for the enhancement of Digital Enablement & Transformation (DET) in the organization, in particular software applications used by clinic end users and patients, eg: Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR), Electronic Queue Management System (eQMS), mobile applications such as Health Hub etc
• Represent the department in end users in User Acceptance Tests (UAT), End-to-End Testing (E2E) to ensure the interoperability of interdependent IT systems
• Work closely with other user departments and third-party vendors to ensure IT system readiness
• Achieve higher digital adoption rate by undertaking enhancements on key functionalities of IT / mobile applications to improve their overall performances, user-friendliness and intuitiveness
• Work closely with internal departments to analyse, identify and implement solutions to improve outcomes in the Key Focus Areas such as Workforce Transformation and Tech Enablers
• Support department in achieving the set KPIs and HQ’s strategic and tactical plans and deliverables

Job Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in any discipline
• Preferably with experience in IT domain supporting operations
• Able to work well in a team-based environment with a pro-active mindset in problem-solving and solution implementation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
