Position Overview:

Private Investments (PI) Investment Directors focus on building custom PI portfolios for clients. The PI asset classes include private equity, venture capital, private credit, private real assets, and co-investments. Each investment director is responsible for multiple clients and is part of a broader client team, which requires them to handle several projects at once. This role is based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, Implement, and Review Private Investments Programs: Investment Directors structure and implement diversified PI portfolios for clients. This requires reviewing portfolio objectives and constraints, evaluating managers, and developing an appropriate forward investing schedule. Additional activities include supervising investment associates, preparing presentation materials, and making presentations to clients.
• Participate in Private Investments Manager Research: In conjunction with the firm’s Private Investments Research staff, investment directors contribute to due diligence reports and develop relationships with managers to help access promising investment opportunities. This includes meeting with managers and attending annual meetings.
• Function as an Internal Resource: Investment Directors serve as a resource to the broader staff on implementing and maintaining private investments programs. They leverage internal research to speak and write knowledgeably about the private investments market and managers.

Qualifications:

The Senior Director IT is responsible for establishing and maintaining the information security program to ensure that information assets and associated technology, applications, systems, infrastructure and processes are adequately protected in the digital ecosystem in which we operate. The individual is responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on legal and regulatory, compliance, IT and cybersecurity risk to information assets, while supporting and advancing business objectives.

Description

Establish Governance and Build Knowledge

• Facilitate an information security governance structure through the implementation of a hierarchical governance program, including the formation of an information security steering committee or advisory board.
• Provide regular reporting on the current status of the information security program to enterprise risk teams and senior business leaders
• Work with the vendor management office to ensure that information security requirements are included in contracts by liaising with vendor management and procurement organizations.

Develop the Frameworks

• Create and manage a unified and flexible control framework to integrate and normalize the wide variety and ever-changing requirements resulting from global laws, standards and regulations.
