Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies.
• Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive app downloads, strong ROI and efficient CAC.
• Plan and ensure successful execution and optimization for key traffic KPIs on paid, organic and own media channels.
• Identifying and testing new channels to consistently meet or exceed established KPIs.
• Conduct market and keyword research, competitive analysis and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing (experience in e-commerce sector will have an added advantage).
• Experience in campaigns and channel analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and analytics tools.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC and other digital marketing strategies.
• Good analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

CRM Operations and Optimisation

• Create and execute effective push notifications and email marketing campaigns.
• Analyse sales performance data to refine product recommendations and content strategies.
• Continuously monitor and improve open rates, click-through rates, and overall conversion funnel performance.

Content Strategy and Copywriting

• Develop compelling push notification and email marketing content, aligning hot-selling products with relevant themes.
• Optimise copywriting to maximise open and click-through rates.

Social Media Trend Analysis and Product Recommendation

• Stay informed about trending topics on social media.
• Actively participate in team discussions to plan and implement timely push content strategies.
• Proactively identify and recommend products that align with current trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Onsite Operations team to analyse and leverage the performance of content and products.
• Foster teamwork to amplify results and optimise future campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• No prior experience required, but relevant internships or 1-3 years of cross-border e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Passion for shopping and e-commerce industry.
• Strong attention to details and ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Tasks

• Support strategic development & long-term planning of vehicle options, retrofitting parts, and Porsche Lifestyle business
• Proactively monitor and analyse pricing and option trends both within Porsche models and in comparison, to competitors, recommending adjustments to maintain competitiveness and profitability
• Take initiative in the management of pricing and product offerings, ensuring that product configurations and pricing are optimised for market demand , relevant, and aligned with global strategic objectives
• Develop and implement local product and pricing strategies for Porsche Lifestyle products
• Manage and maintain internal sales systems, and support markets in system maintenance related topics
• Provide training to regional teams on systems, processes, and product knowledge to ensure effective strategy execution across markets
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, sales, marketing, and free importer markets, to ensure smooth execution of pricing strategies and the alignment of cross-functional objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related degree
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in automotive, business planning or related business area
• Highly motivated team player with a strong analytical and innovative mindset, communication skills, and attention to detail, and has aa solution-oriented attitude
• Well established project management skills, and aptitude for managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English language as a minimum. Knowledge of German language would be an advantage
