Job Descriptions

· Support project requirements through the aid of the BIM-Lead’s Instruction.

· Support project modelling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of the outcome.

· Ensure corporate BIM Standard are consistently in adherence to BIM Content and Maintenance

· Generate documentation and shop drawings directly from BIM Model.

· To be involved in design, coordinate, prepare a specification, and liaise with project engineers for drawing submission to the approval stage

· To contribute and participate in design activities that are both timely and cost-effective and in accordance with the client’s specification and statutory regulations.

Requirement

· Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction

· Familiar with code requirements and BIM submission standards

· Proficient in the use of BIM software, Bentley & ARCHICAD

· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the built environment industry

· Communicates well, able to work independently as well as in a team to deliver projects in a timely manner

• Interacts with clients on site and remote to meet complex requirements of a solution.
• Escalates unresolved problems and issues to the relevant third parties.
• Responds to escalated client requests.
• Escalates complex problems to the relevant third parties.
• Writes reports and proposals and completes and maintains project documentation.
• Assists with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.
• Acts as coach and mentor to more junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians.
• Assumes responsibility for the coordination of the activities of the junior Engineers, in line with performance targets.
• Included in higher complexity design work, with input to the design expected.
• Expected to take ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization.
• Performs any other related task as required.

• Cisco Dev Net certification

Required Experience:

• Seasoned work experience in technical implementation engineering, specific to Networking technologies.
• Seasoned experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations.
• Seasoned report writing experience.
• Seasoned project management
• Seasoned experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers
• Seasoned experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting

What you will be working on

As a member of the Home Protection Scheme (HPS) underwriting section, you will evaluate the risk and exposure of potential clients while optimizing underwriting practices and processes to enhance efficiency

In this role, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the underwriting team, ensuring efficient health risk assessment and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide technical guidance and support for complex cases, managing escalations effectively.
• Review and optimise HPS underwriting practices and processes to improve efficiency and align with industry standards, ensuring competitiveness with private insurers.
• Drive automation of manual processes, manage application system changes, and ensure robust internal controls.
• Leverage advanced technologies, including generative AI and machine learning, to enhance underwriting workflows and improve decision-making.
• Manage contracts with business partners, ensuring performance standards are met.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs.Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
