OVERALL SUMMARY

Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing Support

• Assist the Marketing Director in planning and executing campaigns to promote third-party brands in retail supermarkets.
• Coordinate marketing activities and promotional events for third-party brand partners.
• Develop advertising materials for point-of-sale (POS) displays, digital, and social media platforms.
• Aid in creating sales support materials and organizing in-store promotions.

Retail Marketing for Offline Retail Shop and Online E-shop

• Support the Marketing Director in executing local store marketing strategies, weekly promotions, and activities to boost foot traffic and sales at the Retail Shop and online store, aiming to meet sales targets.
• Plan weekly promotions for the Retail Shop and online store, including product selection and pricing strategies.
• Assist in managing retail merchandising to ensure optimal product displays and enhance sales.

Marketing Apps Maintenance

• Help the marketing team maintain and update mobile apps and optimize platform performance.
• Monitor and resolve app performance issues to ensure smooth functionality.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve user interfaces and overall user experience.

Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for the delivery of advertising sales revenue target across NBCUniversal portfolio. Essential Responsibilities:

• To embody the NBC Universal’s values and act as brand ambassador across market portfolio.

• Drive and strategically direct the relevant rep relationships in market.
• To identify and deliver new client revenue streams and maximize client retention for NBCUniversal Portfolio.
• To work with the in-house Catalyst team to ensure proposals offer best practice with targeted, bespoke and accountable solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of the clients’ businesses and advertising/communication needs.
• To source for new clients and develop new advertising categories to continually improve market share.
• To develop and implement strategic market plans to achieve the sales targets.
• Consistently service client and agency relationships such that NBC Universal are top of mind and on the consideration set for all suitable campaigns.
• To develop and sell creative solutions across TV, digital and events that stand-out from the competition.
• Evangelise the content partnership successes and develop award winning solutions in response to client content needs.
• To manage and limit cost of sale expenditure in client packages.
• To undertake accurate and timely revenue forecasting and reporting as required for NBC Universal Management.
• To manage Salesforce entries, from fielding lead enquiries to pitch & closed/won entries.
• To liaise with Finance & clients, to faciliate billing/invoicing questions.
• To work with ASR team on Deal Reviews & contract work.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3-5 years of media sales experience.
• Results-oriented with proven track record.
• Experience managing accounts and delivering strong year on year growth in sales and margin.
• Experience of selling multi-platform solutions, including TV, Digital, Integration, Events & Research.
• Strong digital expertise with knowledge and understanding of digital sales and campaign amplification.
• Ability to demonstrate previous examples of outstanding campaign-winning creativity.
• Strong understanding of branded content across TV & digital.
• Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of English required.
• Experience of working in an international environment.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite
