Job Description

Managing client account and liaise with clients locally or overseas

Reconcile bank and vendor accounts, post and balance the general ledger, process payments, and support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.

Resolve accounting queries and address issues from client portfolios.

Prepare timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other supporting schedules according to company accounting policies.

Job Requirement

Minimum GCE "O" or "A" Level.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in client servicing industry.

Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients.

Experience with Audit Express or SingTax, or basic corporate secretarial work.

Possess good accounting knowledge.

Possess good time management, planning, and organizational skills.

We are seeking a skilled IT Support specialist to provide L1/L2. This is 12 months extendable contract position.

You will be involved troubleshooting and break-fix support for banking environments. The ideal candidate will address issues in person, via telephone, or through remote access in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:Perform L1/L2 troubleshooting and break-fix support for all IT hardware and software issues.
  Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade IT equipment including PCs, laptops, IP phones, tablets, smartphones, dealer boards, and printers.
  Log all incidents and requests in the call logging system, resolve or escalate issues, and ensure closure.

Qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to simulate and resolve technical issues.
