Job Description

• The Band 1 – Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work with an experienced Support Engineering team to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Take ownership of global customer issues reported via Netsuite ticketing system and see problems through to resolution by liaising with Edisen team members
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Scope of Services

Key responsibilities include:-
