Job Title: Service Technician (Water Purifier Maintenance)

Location: Singapore
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 6 days a week (Off days on weekdays)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service and perform maintenance services for water purifiers at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair water purifiers to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Help maintain and service water purification systems, ensuring proper functioning.
• Assist with plumbing and electrical issues as needed (plumbing/electrical experience is a bonus).
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of service visits, including completing service sheets in basic English.
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Class 3 license or own motorbike to travel to customer locations.
• Able to communicate basic English and write clear reports in English on service sheets.
• Previous plumbing and electrical experience is a plus.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and high-quality work.
• Able to commit to working weekends, with off days on weekdays.
• Physically fit to carry out manual work and operate relevant tools.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Working Hours: 12 hours shift work, (4 days work, 3 days off | 3 days work 4 days off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform robot PM: parts cleaning & greasing, replacement of sensors, motors, motor drivers etc.

• Installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, heater jackets.

• Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation.

• Support 6S & logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, label-ling, housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC in any Engineering field or equivalent certification

• Willing to do hands-on work and comfortable to be in clean room suit

• Able to work on weekends

Responsibilities:

• To provide on-site service of equipment sold
• To set up and install smart home devices
• To provide a weekly update on the jobs done to Manager
• On Site installation and commissioning co-ordination of smart home system, security system and autogate system
• Troubleshooting / maintain / servicing at clients’ premises
• Able to trace / rectify root cause
• Pro-actively support other tasks (including ad-hoc projects) as assigned
• Setup and install Smart Home Systems suchs as Google Home/Alexa systems
• Setup rules and logic for smart home system
• Install smart home devices such as BOSCH fridge, LG/Samsung TV, Sonos Sound system, Broadlink, Xiaomi, Mi Home etc.
• Setup Networking solutions within client's home
• Managing inventory and preperation for on site implementation
• Plan and solution for smart home solutions
• Plan and solution for networking solutions
• Plan and solution for CCTV solutions
• Engage & manage vendors for on site implementation

5.5 Days work week

Duties

• Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, systems, and vehicles.
• Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
• Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.
• Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
• Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary

Requirements:

• ITE/NITEC/ Higher NITEC, 'A' Levels, Diploma
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving
