• Audience Engagement: Build and foster a community around the bank’s social media channels by actively engaging with followers and responding to feedback.
• Platform Mastery: Utilise expertise in social media algorithms to adapt content strategies that maximise organic reach and engagement.
• Performance Tracking: Analyse social media metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies to improve performance, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Bilingual Content: Create, review, and post content in both English and Chinese to effectively engage a diverse audience.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation. Experience working with financial institutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with the use of various AI tools in content production.
• Skills: Strong understanding of backend algorithms for major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat).
• Creativity: Proven ability to create content that captivates and drives engagement.
• Analytical Skills: Data and results-oriented with the ability to analyse key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Personal Presence: Strong social media following that reflects knowledge and execution of successful content strategies.
