RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run chamber tests, including periodic removal of items for verification and re-entry to the chamber for continued testing.
• Changeover jigs and fixtures to accommodate testing of different assemblies.
• Compile and document test results accurately.
• Oversee maintenance of chambers, jigs, and fixtures.
• Support ad-hoc tests and experiments as needed.
• Assist with overall lab management.

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant studies.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing Production related field.
• Troubleshooting skill knowledge will be an advantage.

Work location: Woodlands

Working hours: 12 hours shift work, (4 days work, 3 days off | 3 days work 4 days off)

Job Responsibilities:

• New & old parts arrangement & logistic (maintenance room, store to tool side).
• Preparation & housekeeping of PM jigs & tools.
• Perform robot PM: parts cleaning & greasing, replacement of sensors, motors, motor drivers etc.
• Installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, heater jackets.
• Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation.
• Support 6S & logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, labelling, housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Min. NITEC in any Engineering field or equivalent certification
• Willing to do hands-on work and comfortable to be in cleanroom suit
• Work experience in semiconductor industry will be an added advantage
• Able to work on weekends
