Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in handling and managing customer visit experience.
2. Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safety.
3. Assist in daily playground cleaning & hygiene related work.
4. Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage.
5. Assist in operating & upkeeping playground equipment.
6. Assist in planning of duty roster and cleaning schedule.
7. Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & their meal-time arrangement.
8. Assist in managing & leading part time and junior service crew.
9. Support day to day admission check in/out process.
10. Support day to day event activities and performance.
11. Undertake & execute any special project assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer-oriented job in front-line capacity.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
3. Able to perform shift schedules and commit during peak periods (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday) with long hours of standing/walking.
4. Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.
6. Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
Qualifications Requirements:
1. At least GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate.
