Responsibilities:
- Proactively anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests
- Ensure consistent high-quality standards for products at all times
- Maintain organized table and seating arrangements
- Foster a positive and cooperative relationship with fellow team members
- Clear plates, glassware, and any other unnecessary items from the dining area
- Stay well-informed about the product offerings and maintain product knowledge
- Promote and up-sell products based on current departmental incentives
- Oversee table set-ups and ensure they meet standards
- Address guest inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Adhere to brand standards and ensure compliance
- Work towards achieving departmental goals and targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow hotel security, fire safety regulations, and all health and safety guidelines
- Comply with local licensing laws and regulations
- Participate in scheduled theoretical and on-the-job training sessions
- Adhere to all established cashiering policies and procedures
- Support other departments as needed and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships
